The members of the Armonia Band were the organizers behind the Benefit Concert for Disabled American Veterans, part of their American Heroes Tour, held on July 19. It was sponsored by Heather Howley, owner of Independent Helicopters LLC, out of Stewart Airport. On Aug. 17, the members presented a check for $1,922 to the Disabled American Veterans organization.
