Troy Michele Stilson worries that the three vacant properties close to her Third Avenue home in Lansingburgh could be targeted next by an arsonist suspected of a half-dozen fires early Monday morning. "I have three across the street from me, and that's nerve-racking," Stilson, 60, told city and police leaders during Tuesday's Neighborhood Watch meeting that drew about 250 people to the Lansingburgh Boys and Girls Club.
