The power outage that halted flights at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport caused 40 to 50 people to stay overnight at both Bush Intercontinental and Hobby airports.Delayed or canceled flights were minimal. Bush Intercontinental has nine arriving or departing flights affected on Sunday. Four inbound flights and one outbound flight were affected Monday morning, said Houston Airport System spokesman Bill Begley.Hobby Airport had four Delta Air Lines flights and two Southwest Airlines flight affected Sunday.
