OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — An attorney who had challenged Oklahoma's recently adjusted tax on oil and gas production as unconstitutional has dismissed his lawsuit. Oklahoma City attorney Jerry Fent filed a petition Monday with the Oklahoma Supreme Court to dismiss his lawsuit.Read more on NewsOK.com
