In a desperate bid to get to the police station, Sarah Dingley ran a red light while being closely tailgated by a "rich guy" in a "really nice truck," who had moments ago identified himself as the mayor of Schenectady. Several times along the way, Dingley, with her female friend in the van, says the mayor was flashing his bright lights at her large black conversion van and tailgating.
