Theo, a 6-foot red-tailed boa constrictor, left his West End home this week hungry and on the prowl for his next meal. Joseph Dark, 26, has been searching for his 11-year-old boa constrictor since Sunday. He said Theo escaped from his Central Drive home after slithering through a hole in the floor. Dark reported Theo missing on Monday, according to Beaumont Animal Services. Dark said Theo got loose after breaking the weld on his cage. The red-tailed boa constrictor is characterized by its tan body with brown and black splotches.
