The autopsy of a 45-year-old homeless man killed in April by San Francisco police officers on a Mission District street found he was struck by six gunshots, including one to the head. The San Francisco Medical Examiner’s office report revealed Luis Góngora was shot in the forehead, right lower chest, right upper back, left shoulder and twice in his right forearm.
