A Bakersfield woman was killed Monday when her vehicle collided with a big rig at the intersection of Highway 223 and Edison Road. Blanca Guadalupe Lopez Lomeli, 51, died at the scene of the 5:32 a.m. crash, a coroner's office news release said.
