Bank of Hawaii Corp. reported a positive first quarter, with $42.4 million in profits and improvements in several categories, including a net gain of $10 million from the sale of shares in Visa Inc. Bank of Hawaii (NYSE: BOH) reported noninterest income of $52.3 million in the first quarter, a $7.5 million increase from the same quarter a year ago.
