Barnard College placed 13 students returning from China in voluntary quarantine over coronavirus concerns and then threatened at least one with a “conduct charge” because she didn’t answer the door for a meal delivery. “I am helpless, angry, and this is unacceptable,” student Sylvia Su posted in a Facebook message describing her quarantine.
