Beleaguered Honduras Curtails Freedoms

The de facto government outlaws public gatherings on the eve of a potentially huge march by supporters of ousted President Manuel Zelaya. Diplomats attempting to mediate the crisis are expelled. The de facto government of Honduras suspended constitutional guarantees indefinitely late Sunday, outlawing public gatherings and making it easier for the army to make arrests.
