Belgium's Solvay To Buy U.s. Chemicals Firm Cytec

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Belgian chemical group Solvay will buy peer Cytec in a deal valuing the U.S. firm and its debt at $6.4 billion, the company said on Wednesday.
