WOODSTOCK – Benton Street and the eastbound lane of East Judd Street in Woodstock will be closed to traffic until at least July 15 while the city works to construct the controversial Benton Street Boardwalk. City council members plan to construct a temporary outdoor dining area on the westside of Benton Street, north of East Judd Street.
