A Birmingham man and a company he owned, accused of stealing money from homeowners facing foreclosure and credit problems, pleaded guilty to two felonies and 27 misdemeanors tied to alleged debt management and mortgage scams.Pasquale Longordo, 39, and his company Modify Loan Experts, LLC, entered a guilty plea Wednesday morning in Oakland County Circuit Judge Wendy Potts's courtroom.
