BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bismarck police have arrested four people in a recent rash of counterfeit bills. The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/2rkEBri ) that bogus $5 and $20 bills have been passed at more than 15 bars, gas stations and restaurants over the past two weeks. Sgt.
