Blanche Knowles

Blanche Knowles, age 83, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2019. Preceded in death by first husband, Earl Calton; parents, Frank and Martha Hicks; brothers Raymond Hicks, Charlie Bill Hicks, and Dee Hicks; sisters, Shirley White and Carolyn Forgety. Survived by loving husband, Lee Knowles; step-children, Kathy Ramey, Teresa Ramey, Gary Knowles, Larry Knowles, and Tammy Sensabaugh; sisters, Mary Collins, Edith (Hobert) Goodman, Alma (Murlice) Carpenter, Janice Burger, Lorraine (Joe) Wilson, and Margie (Ronnie) Barrett all of Rogersville; great-nephew and great-niece, Brayden and Kaylee Cinnamon; special sister-in-law, Geraldine (Rex) Arnold. Blanche enjoyed traveling to other churches and singing during revivals and homecoming. Family will receive friends Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 1-3pm at Christian-Sells Funeral Home.
