SWAN LAKE - A four-alarm barn fire at Michel Farm in the Town of Bethel drew a heavy response from local fire departments on Sunday evening.The large barn that burned was used to hold cattle, according to a person who answered the phone at the Swan Lake Hose Company 1 on Sunday.He said veterinarians were called to the farm, at 43 Michel Road, to treat injured animals, but did not know any more details.The farm is located in the Kauneonga Fire District.
