Reactions are predictably split between environmental and oil and gas interests over a decision by federal regulators to rescind an Obama-era fracking rule. The Bureau of Land Management's 2015 rule sought to limit hydraulic fracturing on public lands. The rule was never in effect due to pending litigation, which continues in Denver on Thursday.
