The shuttle to the Manitou Springs Incline will run for two additional hours during its upcoming off season to handle record ridership, a news release says. The route 33 shuttle, which takes riders from Memorial Park in Manitou Springs to the Incline and Pikes Peak Cog Railway, previously ran every day until 6 p.m.
