By Hosting a Blood Drive. The Blood Connection offers a $500 scholarship per blood drive to students who host OFF-SITE blood drives when school is not in session (winter & summer breaks). The blood drive must collect at least 30 blood donations. This is for current high school and college students.

The Blood Connection is a non-profit organization. Whole Blood can be donated every 56 days. Donors must be 16 or older to donate.
