TOWN OF BLOOMING GROVE – The Town Board Tuesday approved a $14.1 million 2017 preliminary budget that calls for a slight spending increase over the current year. The board also OK’d a resolution to override the state-imposed tax-levy-increase cap just in case it has to make last-minute additions.The preliminary budget the board approved Tuesday would increase spending by $130,350 over the current $14 million, Supervisor Robert Fromaget said.
