Blue Mountain Fire Won't Be Deemed "under Control" Until Heavy Rain, Chief Says

The fire across four acres on Blue Mountain in Lehigh Township, Northampton County is about 90 percent contained, but needs a full soaking to be declared "fully under control," a fire official says.
