A bridge at the interchange between U.S. Highways 11E and 19E in Bluff City should be completed for the fall races at Bristol Motor Speedway, a Tennessee Department of Transportation spokesman said Tuesday.Mark Nagi, TDOT’s community relations officer for the state’s Region 1 in East Tennessee, said the bridge’s piers and abutments have been constructed and — barring any unforeseen setbacks or weather concerns — the rest of the bridge’s beams will be set within the next few weeks.
