Bob Craves, a co-founding officer of Costco Wholesale Corp. in 1983 who later helped send thousands of young people in the United States to college, died Nov. 5 at 72. The cause was cancer, according to the College Success Foundation, the Issaquah, Wash.-based group that he established in 2000. The place of death was not reported.
