The body of a San Francisco father who drowned after he rescued his 5-year-old daughter when their kayak overturned near Rio Vista was pulled from the water by search crews hours after the river tragedy, officials said. The 40-year-old man’s name was not immediately released, pending positive identification and notification of his relatives, officials said.
