Hub lawmakers and community leaders are applauding recently announced changes to the Boston Police Department’s stop-and-frisk policy, saying the moves will help forge a stronger trust between minority communities and law enforcement.“Those are very positive changes that will lead to much better relationships and connections with the community,” City Councilor Tito Jackson said.
