One of Superman's archvillains, Brainiac, is slated for a future Superman movie. Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder admitted as much in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. "I remember talking about, 'What's the next villain?'" said Snyder. "'We can't do another alien invasion.' Brainiac was definitely down the road." Snyder also mentioned that another Superman villain was considered for Batman v Superman. "Metallo, I think, was going to be the main bad guy of this movie."
