SAO PAULO (AP) — Brazil's Central Bank says spending by foreign tourists shot up 60 percent during the two months overlapped by its hosting of the World Cup, reaching nearly $1.59 billion. But the bank's Friday report says Brazilians themselves spent even more abroad — $4.4 billion during June and July.
