With Warriors acting head coach Mike Brown out with the flu, Steve Kerr addressed the media Monday for the first time in five weeks. “I told the team, ‘The good thing is the team is healthy,’” said Kerr, who has missed 10 playoff games as he tries to seek a solution to his chronic pain. The bad news is the coaching staff is dropping like flies. Kerr has yet to decide whether he’ll coach in the NBA Finals against Cleveland, but he hopes to know his status for the series by Game 1 on Thursday at Oracle Arena. Monday marked Kerr’s first group media availability since he announced April 23 in Portland that he was stepping away from the sideline. Brown, whom team officials hope will be well enough to coach practice Tuesday, has led Golden State to 10 straight wins to make it the first team in NBA history to open a postseason 12-0.
