Dear Call Box: Does anybody remember Thrill Hill? When we first moved to Jacksonville in the early 1960s, a friend took us over to the Fort Caroline and Ribault Monument area, and there was a hill. I think it either went down to Girvin Road or maybe it was a continuation of Fort Caroline Road.
