Caltrain hits car on tracks in Palo Alto, causing delays A northbound train on a Caltrain track struck an occupied car on the tracks in Palo Alto, but no one was injured, police said. The incident, which occurred at the East Meadow Drive Crossing near Highway 101, was reported just after 4 p.m.
