KINGSPORT — South Carolina racer Ralph Carnes won Saturday’s Southeast Super Truck Series feature at Kingsport Speedway, while former track regular Lee Tissot kept him from doubling up in the Limited Late Model race. Carnes, driving the No. 49 Toyota, battled past Ed Surrett in the No. 8 Chevrolet to win the 50-lap Super Truck feature.
