The death toll from last week’s purge of San Francisco’s Mountain Lake included hundreds of carp, including two koi, plus two catfish and lots of bass, but no native fish, Presidio Trust officials said Friday. Workers also collected two catfish and many bass after they pumped 47 gallons of a poisonous rotenone solution into the lake Nov.
