QB Bo Nix and WR Troy Franklin’s Broncos reunion “couldn’t have worked out more perfect,” even if Sean Payton says it was mostly

Bo Nix can be heard yelling on the other end of the phone.
“Big dog! He’s a Bronco!,” the Broncos first-round quarterback out of Oregon is saying in a video shared by the NFL. “Man, I’m so excited for you, bro. I’m so excited. Like, it couldn’t have worked out more perfect. I’m so excited, dude. They’re getting a steal.”
Troy Franklin is more relieved than anything, but his new reality is setting in, too. Franklin, the former Ducks wide receiver, thought he might get picked in the second round or at least on Friday. So, too, did the Broncos.

Ongoing tunnel projects and maintenance work, including improvements to drainage and signage and security, require lane closures in the tunnel throughout the spring and summer. These closures were suspended over the winter and will resume with consistent warmer weather.

Candace Parker always said she’d know when it would be time to retire. That day came Sunday.
The three-time WNBA champion and two-time Olympic gold medalist announced on social media that her career was over after 16 seasons.
“The competitor in me always wants 1 more, but it’s time,” Parker wrote in an Instagram post. “My HEART & body knew, but I needed to give my mind time to accept it.”

Barr: Trump Talked Of Having His Critics Executed To 'Blow Off Steam'

Former Attorney General Bill Barr was one of Trump's most prominent critics, but he came out this week to endorse the four-times indicted former President. Barr told CNN's Kaitlan Collins that Trump "would lose his temper" and talk about having his opponents executed, but he's OK with that because he doesn't "think" Trump would carry through with executing his rivals. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is considering giving Presidents immunity for any crimes committed, even murder.
