CEDAR RAPIDS — Minors would be allowed to stay a little later in establishments generating more than 50 percent of their revenue from alcohol, as one of the subtle changes proposed to the Cedar Rapids alcoholic beverages ordinance. As it is now, minors must be out of such establishments by 7 p.m., but they would be allowed to stay until 9 p.m., if the change is approved by the Cedar Rapids City Council.
