CEDAR RAPIDS — A Cedar Rapids man who advocated for those struggling with homelessness while battling his own demons is being remembered for his generosity and as an “extreme caretaker” after he died of unknown causes earlier this month. “He was about the most loving, giving person of his time and anything he had,” Kathy Edwards, 57, said of her friend Anthony “Tony” Goodwin, 45, who died May 6.
