Cement Giant, Roof Giant Owner Headed To Prison For Fraud

A Rochester Hills building contractor got slapped with a potentially lengthy prison sentence this week for not completing projects he was paid for and conspiring to fraudulently collect money from a locally-owned bank.John Houston Floyd has been ordered to spend up to 21 years in prison on multiple felony charges, sentenced as a habitual offender May 21 by Oakland County Circuit Judge Hala Jarbou.
