Charles Wang has agreed to sell a minority stake in the New York Islanders to Jonathan Ledecky, a former co-owner of the Washington Capitals, and investor Scott Malkin, the team confirmed Tuesday. Ledecky and Malkin will assume majority control of the team in two years.
