Staff reports A Charleston man was sentenced Wednesday in federal court to 21 months' imprisonment and three years of supervised release, United States Attorney Booth Goodwin announced in a news release. Clarence Scarberry, 51, of Charleston, pleaded guilty late last year to the distribution of pills containing hydrocodone that he and others had obtained during trips to Florida.
