An arrest warrant has been obtained for an 18-year-old Chicago teen who is believed to have stolen a car in October in Cary, Cary police officials said Thursday. Officers responded at 3:45 p.m. on Oct. 15 to the Cary Car Wash, 820 W. Northwest Highway, for a report of a stolen vehicle, according to a news release from the Cary Police Department. Officers learned that the Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen while being dried after a car wash and last was seen driving westbound on Route 14, Deputy Chief Scott Naydenoff stated.
