Asian stocks mostly fell on Monday, led by a 0.8% drop in Taiwan’s Taiex index. And it’s all about China, again, after the People’s Bank of China said it will cut the amount of reserves banks are required to keep with the central bank. That will free up more than $100 billion for commercial banks to boost lending and restructure debt.
