Citadel Broadcasting Files Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

NEW YORK – Citadel Broadcasting Corp ., the nation's third-largest radio broadcasting company , filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Sunday in an effort to restructure its hefty debt load.
