STOCKTON — A Sacramento architectural firm may be booked to design plans for the city’s newest library.The Stockton City Council on Tuesday is expected to approve a $1.3 million contract with Architectural Nexus, Inc. to take on the engineering and design responsibilities for the Northeast Stockton Library and Recreation Center.The new library will be located at 9501 West Lane, on the northwest corner of West Lane and Ronald E.
