A city worker allegedly assaulted his girlfriend’s daughter early Saturday, cops said. Benjamin Castro, 43, a highway repairer for the city Department of Transportation, allegedly choked and slapped the 23-year-old woman around 3:20 a.m., police said. He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault and harassment, authorities said. The woman refused medical attention.
