Marcus Edwards, 52, is being held at the Vermilion County jail on preliminary charges of home invasion, aggravated battery to an elderly citizen and theft.

DANVILLE — A Danville man has been arrested in connection with a home break-in early Thursday morning where the elderly resident was threatened with a baseball bat.
