The Florentine restaurant property, which closed just before Christmas, might reopen as a different restaurant concept. The Penzone family sold the 0.74 acre property, at 907 W. Broad St. in the Franklinton neighborhood, to the Robert Weiler Co. for $500,000. The sale closed Dec. 21, according to property records. The company, one of the city's oldest developers, hopes to attract a new restaurant to the 6,500-square-foot building.adcelannotate = {"mobilepaywallcategory" : "MOBILE_PREM-BUSINESS","nativepaywallcategory" : "NATIVE_PREM-BUSINESS"};
