Vancouver firefighters and Clark County sheriff's deputies arrived separately about 7:45 p.m. at a home in the 12300 block of Northeast 83rd Street -- firefighters responding to reports of a fire, deputies on reports that a man had thrown an unknown chemical in a woman's eyes.
