Clinton Township officials are expected to approve plans Monday for a new restaurant at Partridge Creek Mall and a facelift for one of the town's oldest McDonald's hamburger eateries.The township's Board of Trustees will take action on a site plan for Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant and a revised site plan for the McDonald's on Groesbeck Highway north of 15 Mile Road.
