Clinton Township police say the shooting of a boy at a park earlier this week appears to have been an accidental incident that easily could have been prevented.Christian Eric-Deandre Howard, 24, was arraigned Wednesday on four felony charges relating to the May 4 shooting of 3-year-old Jemeer Griffin at Normandy Park off Little Mack near 15 Mile Road.
