By Jessica Gresko WASHINGTON Closing statements are expected in a hearing for a man who shot President Ronald Reagan and wants to spend more time outside a Washington mental hospital. A federal judge in Washington is determining whether John Hinckley should be allowed to spend more time at his mother's Virginia home.
